Real buncha winners there, eh? It would be funny if it weren't so sad.
I think I've seen about half of them on Smoking Gun's "Worlds Dumbest Criminals" TV show. There's an age requirement for voting, there ought to be an IQ requirement as well.
And thanks for the props. Hopefully things are slow enough at work today to do some more writing.
