Let's compare and contrast here. Most of the blogosphere is lit up with the story regarding Evan Thomas of Newsweak saying days ago on Hardball with that putz Chris Matthews that "Obama’s standing above the country, above – above the world, he’s sort of God."
How did he feel about Bush just a couple of years ago? Evan Thomas wears his media bias on his sleeve. On the show Inside Washington on February 2nd of 2007 when asked by the host if the media were treating Bush unfairly, Thomas said:
"Well, our job is to bash the president, that's what we do."
Not this one, apparently. The media is too busy with their lips plastered to his keester. It's up to talk radio, Fox News, and the blogosphere to bring us the real news now since the lamestream media will not mention anything negative associated to Obama or his policies. Do we hear stories on the homeless now as we did day in and day out when Reagan and Bush were president? No. Why would they want to upset their "God"?
This Messiah has yet to perform one "miracle" to help us recover from this massive recession. But you might not know that we are in economic trouble if you listen to Evan Thomas and the rest of his cronies in the kiss-ass media.
Hat tip to Newsbusters.

I'm glad you posted on this. It's really I dunno - words fail me here. Two things - I saw yesterday a link (I think from H/A) where the restaurant owner at the little French restaurant said when the Obamas arrived - "I saw God - this great smile and Michelle - she was..." (I dunno glowing or something gooey like that) eeww!
Second thing was I get this e-mail every week of entertainment news that's interesting from a conservative standpoint.(I just don't know the website to link it to...but it's sponsored by Newsmax) but you will get a kick out of this:
A Political Look at Hollywood

"2.Heather Graham Cast Spell to Elect Obama
Heather Graham, co-star of the hit movie “Hangover,” says she's into witchcraft.
Graham claims that her witchy ways even helped get President Obama elected.
The actress says she has this group of friends who call themselves “The Goddesses.”
They apparently “wish for things” and “a lot of things happen.”
They burn things. They do spells. They call on the wind and the air and storms erupt.
Graham calls it “amazing” and “empowering.” Other folks might call it spooky.
A lot of people were wondering how Obama overcame the odds, beating out Hillary Clinton and John McCain in the 2008 presidential election cycle.
Well, according to Graham, the president owes her one.
“My friends really wanted Obama to be elected,” she says, so they all did a spell and “then he got elected.” "
I thought you'd find this as pathetic as I did. Lord help us all!
